22016 RGB MEETING & HEARING SCHEDULE
Updated schedule of 2016 RGB Meetings now available

The NYC Rent Guidelines Board has posted the schedule of meetings through the end of May, including the date for the Preliminary Vote. The schedule may be viewed in the About Us section of our website.

The NYC Rent Guidelines Board offers email notices of upcoming meetings and hearings. Video of recent RGB public meetings, hearings, and votes are available on YouTube. Video will be posted within three days following each meeting and hearing.

The NYC Rent Guidelines Board annually prepares six research studies:

  • Income and Expense Study
  • Price Index of Operating Costs
  • Income and Affordability Study
  • Changes to the Rent Stabilized Housing Stock in NYC
  • Mortgage Survey Report
  • Housing Supply Report

The first four reports of 2016, the Price Index of Operating Costs, Mortgage Survey Report, Income and Expense Study and Income and Affordability Study, may be read and downloaded in the Housing Research section of our website.
